Bulgarian dolls in traditional costume dating from the 1970s and stamped by the Bulgarian Council of arts to the underneath in gold.

The little lady stands 8.6” (21cm) high and the man 7.7” (20cm). They have their original tag with the address of where they were made in the capital city Sofia. The tag also mentions they were approved by the art foundation. Both wearing traditional costume, they are full of character.

They are a solid little couple and great to display on a shelf.
