Antique circa 1900s ecru linen unfinished chemise de nuit. It has a square neckline with pretty hand stitched feather stitches forming a square shape. Tiny mother of pearl buttons with finished button holes. It is sleeveless and has raw edges to these areas and the neckline. It is possible a tiny half sleeve would have been added. There are no age marks, it needs some trim adding like lace or otherwise. Never worn item that is ready to be finished or repurposed. This could be dyed and embroidered further even with a monogram added and turned into day wear.
